CANCELATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Right of cancelation
If you are an end customer and have concluded a contract with car.tima by exclusive use of long-distance communication media, specifically per phone, email or fax or via the internet page of car.tima, you can cancel your contractual statement in text form (e.g. by letter, fax, email) within a period of one month without stating reasons or – if the goods are at your disposal before the end of that period – by returning the goods. The period of cancelation starts at the earliest from the day after receipt of a written cancelation notice, however not earlier that the date when the addressee received the goods (where similar goods are delivered on a recurring basis, then not before receipt of the first part delivery). For keeping the cancelation term it is sufficient to send off the cancelation notice or the goods in time. The cancelation has to be addressed to:

Consequences of cancelation
In the event of effective cancelation, the services received by either party shall be returned and the profits, if applicable (e.g. interest) shall be handed over. If you are unable to release the rendered service either in full or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you may be liable to pay compensation in this respect. In the case of the item being delivered, this only has validity in as far as the deterioration of the item exclusively results from its inspection such as would be the case in a store, for example. Have the items been damaged through conventional usage, you do not have to pay compensation.
Any items eligible for shipping will be returned at our expense and risk. Notwithstanding the above, the customer pays the regular costs of returning the item if the gross retail price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40.00 EUR or if the price is higher than 40.00 EUR but the customer has not paid the full price or a part payment at the time of the cancelation, unless when the delivered goods do not correspond to the ones that have been ordered. Items not eligible for shipping will be picked up at your place.
Obligations to the refunding of payments must be met within 30 days. The period begins for you on sending of the cancelation notice or the item, for car.tima upon receipt of the same.
This right does not hold for provision of items produced to your specifications or which have been evidently made according to your requirements.
