This very special one-off vehicle was created based on Michael Mauer's design sketches and ideas, in constant dialog between the designer and Thomas Nater, owner of AP-Car-Design, and with meticulous precision work by the AP specialists.
The M1M captivates with its simple elegance, featuring a detailed, wide WTL body in fashion gray on the outside and a purist interior with many refined details and special fabric applications. Its owner is also thrilled by the performance achieved through fine tuning and weight optimization on mountainous roads, while maintaining the M1M's full suitability for everyday use.
The M1M, also known as the Mountain Tool, is unique. Its detailed 1:18 scale replica is now available from car.tima as a limited edition model in a run of 150, some of which are personally signed by Michael Mauer, in a high-quality display case. The models feature all the individual characteristics of the original: 19" BBS Le Mans wheels in real aluminum, various body modifications to the front and rear, missing side indicators, and a lovingly recreated interior in green and blue checkered fabric.
